Grace Blake is from Kingston, Ontario, Canada. She is a music industry veteran, producer of two award winning PBS series (Front and Center and Speakeasy), and a long-time Director of Artist Relations at the Iridium music venue in New York City. Grace brings her valued relationships with industry professionals, manager, agents and artists to help develop My Good.

Originally from Mt. Vernon, NY, Charyn Harris has held multiple careers in the music industry and currently oversees day-to-day and tour logistics for Macy Gray. She brings over twenty years of non-profit management experience, serves as a consultant in business strategy and marketing and has been recognized nationally for her work in arts education.
